# Issues with login on your site

My 4K Apple TV will not accept my 4 digit account pin.
When I go to look at my account on [Plex.tv](http://Plex.tv) it keeps telling me Internal Server error.
Issue appears to be a Plex website issue.

Looks like `https://plex.tv` is 500’ing, but `https://www.plex.tv` is working fine.
