# Issues with playing

Hi I was wondering if you could help with an issue I’m having whenever j go to play Movies/ TV it keeps saying “file unavailable”.
My dad would usually sort out any issues like this but he has just recently passed and I’m really struggling getting to grips with how to sort things like this or even how to stream items.

Unavailable means the drive the actual files are on is disconnected or otherwise not accessible by the computer/device that runs the server.
