I've got like five glitches happening at once so here's a video

1. Just a heads up, the instructions in there for cleaning bundles are now incorrect.

2. I did the entire Plex dance, including cleaning the bundles under troubleshooting, and the issues persist they’ve just changed slightly. The wrong names on the episodes changed to other wrong names. The entire windows app still freezes when I try to change the background, and I still can’t change the background in the web app.

3. I have Plex pass, how do I get the metadata patch? I’m just an end user so please explain it like I’m six
