ive reinstalled plex on my pc running win10 but its still got the same problem , it loads in fine then i log in , fine , but if i click on your media it just keeps asking me to

Sounds like you had PMS installed previously under a different Plex account. Read [https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/](https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/) and see if that fixes your issue.
