# JPG image rotation fail

I see threads going back to 2013 about how Plex fails to show images in the right orientation.  
Still doesn’t work.  
I tried “remove all tags” in WinExplore, which supposedly removes all EXIF tags.  
Doesn’t help.  
Don’t particularly feel like going back to SaveAs \*.PNG thousands of photos just to placate Plex. Any other ideas?

Can you provide 1 photo that doesn’t rotate correctly for you? You can PM me the file if you don’t want to make it public.

Edit - Also, what version of PMS and OS are you running on, and what client are you viewing in?

hi! thanks ! PMS v1.10.1.4602 on Windoze 7 Home Premium, client is TiVo. Here is one that I told WindozeExplorer to “remove details” thinking that might strip the EXIF flags..anyway it still displays wrong
