First time dealing with 4k and got bars on the side using the Plex client on a Android TV - is this expected and we’re supposed to zoom in? Doesn’t seem to happen with all videos. Same video is fine in 1440p on the Windows Plex client.
Please provide the XML from PMS for that video.

That is a 1080p movie, not 4K. Your TV should be scaling the image up, if not, something might be wrong with your TV. Can you try playing that file, then getting me the logs from the Android TV app. You can find instructions in https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201573117-Android-and-GoogleTV-Logs.

Yeah, I know it’s not a 4k movie - I did say that in the subject line
