using the latest server version and current xbox plex app. this is a dumb problem to have which seems to have started with the last server update or a forced xbox plex update. plex was working flawlessly for the years. no hardware has changed nor has the local network. just trying to stream content locally via 3 different xboxs. its always worked in the past but suddenly all TV shows buffer and play like crap. 400+ movies in the “movies” section play just fine. MKV’s, MP4 all kinds of files all play perfectly. all the TV shows are properly named and used to work perfectly. nothing as far as hardware or local network has changed. server is a win10 box. this is a silly problem obviously caused by an update on the server or the xbox app. Ive tested playing a show on an Ipad with the same result. same thing with the plex windows player. I pay for plex but with all the grief Ive had to deal with I’m thinking of going to Kodi.
