# Keep transcoded files.

When plex transcodes a very high quality file such as a 50MB alac into a 6MB mp3 we should have an option to keep the smaller mp3 so that we don't have to transcode it every-time we listen to it.
We should also be able to chose to sync the mp3 version instead of the larger version.
That way we can have the large high quality versions on our server and have the small file size versions on device we sync to.
