# LG Smart TV not working with Plex

I tried to watch Plex on my LG smart TV, i got the message “Error Code: h4 (Not Supported)”.

I need your help A.S.A.P

TV Model?

Plex app version?  
Available in [Authorized Devices](https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/devices/other).

Does the problem occur with one file, several files, or all files?

Please pull the [XML information](https://support.plex.tv/articles/201998867-investigate-media-information-and-formats/#:~:text=photos.-,XML%20Information%20%2F,the%20Media%20Info%20window%3A,-You) for the file and attach it to the thread. The forum does not support .xml attachments so zip the file or save it as a text file.
