# Libary offline

My libary is showing offline on every app, on every device. I am a complete novice. I have shut the server down and rebooted it, still offline. Please make your suggestions as simple as poss, as I not good with techno speak.

Try rebooting your modem/router and everything connected to it, including any wireless devices.

If the problem persists, then go to the Plex device apps and unpin (favourite) and then re-pin (favourite) your library/ies.

Fingers crossed, that will correct your issue.
