Hi, I'd like to give someone the lifetime PlexPass.  This person already has a myPlex account.  Is there a way I can do this? ---

there is no gift service. you would have to log into my.plexapp.com as them and buy it.  p.s. just to make sure you know a plexpass is currently useless to a person unless they have a Plex Server of their own. i just want to make sure you understand that. i'm only saying this because alot of folks buy them for people thinking they will be able to sync or something from a friends server but they cannot. and since a lifetime is non refundable you would be screwed ---

If I shared a cloudsync Dropbox folder with them, they could stream the same media files correct? ---

I know this is old, but I'm curious if this is something that can be done yet, or will be in the future. I'd like to buy a lifetime plex pass for a friend as a gift as well. ---

Send an email to [plexpass@plex.tv](mailto:plexpass@plex.tv) requesting refund. Be sure to include the username of the plex pass.
