I am trying to watch live tv with Plex on Roku. I have an HD Home Run. When I first set everything up, it buffered pretty much nonstop. My processor was very close to the minimum required to handle the necessary transcoding. So, I upgraded the processor to a quad-core AMD which is well above the requirement. However, there are times where programming is pretty much unwatchable. Where it will play for a couple seconds and then buffer.
Are there other factors I should be considering to get this to be a viable means to watch tv?
