# Live Tv & dvr

When setting up my Tuner, I get to the point where it says Scan Channels, but it does absolutely nothing when I click that button? Anyone know why?

Server Version#: 1.23.3.4707  
Player Version#:  
Tuner Make/Model: Hauppauge Win-TV-soloHD DVB  
Guide/Lineup name:  
Using XMLTV?: NO  
Channel number/Name: None
