# Live TV error on Plex for windows desktop app

Player Version#: 1.13.0.1275-bbd8d37b  
Tuner Make/Model: HDhomeun Connect Duo  
Guide/Lineup name:  
Using XMLTV?: Yes  
Channel number/Name:

Hi, I could run Live TV from the Plex Web (v 4.30.2) with no problem but I got “source is unavailable” error when I run it from the Plex for Windows ( v 1.13.0.1275-bbd8d37b) on the same PC. I’ve cross-checked all the network settings between the web and the desktop version and they are both the same.
