# Live TV keeps stopping

The problem—if it’s the same—is still outstanding, i.e. NO fix released. The Plex Team Member contact has been **sa2000**. I was told the error takes this form in the [server log,](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) e.g.

`WARN - Could not convert "duration" ("4294967295000") to the correct type`
