# Live TV (On Plex) Not Working/Loading

Hello - Live TV (from Plex) is currently not functioning. “Loading Channels” spins for a while, then presents with an error message: “There was an error loading channels”.
I’ve tried accessing through several streaming devices, Plex Web App, and Plex for Mac ( Version 1.33.0.2444-a220eae4 ).
I also have Live TV and DVR using my own tuner, which is working without issue. I checked the status page and it shows everything as being operational, but does look like there were some issues with Live TV and “Media Provider Slowness” over the past day or two, but is marked as resolved… maybe this is related?
I’m running Plex Media Server on Synology DSM7 - Version 1.24.3.5033-757abe6b4.

Hey there - I had done a search but didn’t see anything recent on this. That said, I checked the status page again today (status.plex.tv) and now is showing unresolved incident for Live TV as of today…
I do believe it is related to this thread.
I just re-checked and now Plex’s live tv program guide is loading for me, and content distribution from Plex seems to be a little better (but still quite slow as compared to normal)…
