# Live TV - Spin channel not working

I have the Spin channel in my favorites. When I hit play, it’ll play for a few seconds then freezes at 33%.

I have to exit the app, then go back into it to restore operation. It does this on all of my Roku devices around the house.

This particular instance is on a Roku Streaming Stick Plus(model 3830R) with firmware 15.3 and Plex app version 9.18 build 13.
