# LiveTV&DVR unexpected error

Player Version#:
Last successful recording was this morning around 4:30am. Went into Live TV & DVR and recording section to check this next weeks scheduling (usual Sunday routine) and I’m getting “There was an unexpected error loading this library. Please visit our forums if you continue to experience problems”. I’ve quit and restarted Plex Server and I’ve rebooted the computer. Still getting error. Anyone else?

In my case the error message turns out to be caused by my having disabled access to my Plex server from outside of my home network, for security. The error message could be changed to be more informative.
There is an “enable” button in the server dashboard at link Settings \> Remote Access. But I will simply watch via the Plex channel on Roku, as it is more secure.
