Can it be programmed so that authentication for users is local? Scenario: I have kids and have user accounts for them. I restrict to kids shows. I lose internet connectivity but the data is all sitting local on my LAN, now they can’t watch their shows because AFAIK it’s required to have an active connection to use Plex when using user authentication ---
