# Local plex server doesn't open

Server Version#:1.40.5.8897
Player Version#:AppletTV client or ios client
I’m using Plex for a long time ago in a Windows 11 Pro 23H2, usually to stream to Apple client, but when I tried to add some series, I’m getting an error when trying to access
[http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html](http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html)
I’m getting an Not Found error
I’ve reviewed the steps on this:

But I don’t want to reinstall the servers, because I know the server is running, I can access the content from my devices, it’s only from my PC where the service is not working, and I barely use it, only for updating, it works when working from remote:
Any idea what can be happening?

The linked article only mentions reinstalling as the last option.
It contains many more things to try first.
Have you done any of these?

I don’t see anything wrong in the logs, only things regarding to Media Scanner and Transcoder, the server is running because I can access it from anywhere outside local PC, Firewall and remote access are Ok too for the same reason and even I desintalled my VPN software to troubleshoot if that was the problem (NordVPN)
EDIT:
I’ve seen it creates a Plex Crash Uploader.log file with the following content:

But inside that folder there is nothing, is there anyway, and also create some days ago:
Is there anyway to make the logs more verbose?
