Server Version#: 1.40.2.8395
Player Version#: 4.128.1

I am running Plex (the latest version as of this post) in a Docker container and have placed the server on the “host” network. Every time I log into app.plex.tv, my server is offline. If I try reconnecting enough (usually), eventually it will show up (I can see content in my libraries) for a few moments before going “offline” again.

I am using a Unifi Dream Machine (UDM) and have verified that I do not have any VPNs enabled and that port 32400 is forwarded from the internet to the server’s (reserved) IP address (TCP). I also verified that jumbo frames is disabled on the UDM.

Hitting https://:32400 from my local network, I can see that remote access is enabled and that Plex reports it is “Fully accessible outside your network”. With the port manually specified. But it also shows “Fully accessible” when I enable UPnP on the UDM and remove the “Manually specify public port” checkmark.

From the “Troubleshooting Remote Access” article ([https://support.plex.tv/articles/200931138-troubleshooting-remote-access/](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200931138-troubleshooting-remote-access/)), I also verified that the server is not double-NAT’d. I also tried setting the Internet side of my port forward to 20000 as suggested at the end of “The Basics of Remote Access Troubleshooting” ([The Basics of Remote Access Troubleshooting](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-basics-of-remote-access-troubleshooting/769517)). For both port 32400 and 20000, [Open Port Check Tool - Test Port Forwarding on Your Router](https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/) showed the port “open”. Enabling UPnP did not help either.

Are there any specific logs that might shed light on what’s going on? What else can I do?
