Locked out of server

I have been locked out of my Plex Media Server for months now and so far, I have not received any help that works. I only see the Plex Player. I even uploaded my logs files upon request and have heard nothing since. Is there anyone that can offer some advice on how I can remedy my server lockout situation?

You posted once, 14 days ago, in the Synology section. Log files not included.

I replied to your post the same day with a suggestion to resolve the problem and a request for log files if it did not work.

You never responded.

We can pick it up here or in the prior thread.

Please try the suggested fix. If it does not work, please supply a set of debug level server log files.
