# Locked out

I came home to the NVIDIA shield apps on my 2 devices updated. 1 allowed me in without fuss. The second has me locked out on the sign in screen. All of my 5 home screen users cannot access the device. All say unable to switch user. I have tried deleting the cache uninstalling and reinstalling. I can access vis PC no problem and full access to my server. Please help
