# Logging doesn't works

Hello.  
  
  
  
I’ve started to develop my first plugin and it seems that logging doesn’t works for me.  
  
I’ve created ‘Plex Media Server.log’ in Plug-ins folder and ‘com.plexapp.plugins.pluginname.log’ and setted 777 rights for it.  
  
  
  
I don’t see neither plugin exceptions nor Log statements.  
  
  
  
Can you help me?

Hello chuprin!  
  
You shouldn’t have to create the log files manually, Plex and Plex Media Server create logs automatically in  
  
/Users//Library/Logs  
  
and  
  
/Users//Library/Logs/PMS Plugin Logs
