# Logging in with clients.plex.tv/link

Server Version#:1.42.1.10060

When trying to login to Fire TV or Google TV Streamer, it tells me to get pin number from [plex.tv/link](http://plex.tv/link). I enter the pin code and the website says success but both streaming devices say code has expired (immediately) and to refresh for new code. I have tried and refreshed multiple times and even changed my server password to make sure it wasn’t breached.

I’ve had the same problem for a week now, and it didn’t work on the PlayStation 5 either.
