# Login, but cannot access my settings

When I log into the Plex website, select “My Account” and then “Settings” my account has a padlock on it and I get a screen that asks for my, but no place to enter my PIN. How do enter my PIN or otherwise get past this screen?

From your suggestion, I figured it out. You cannot click inside the webpage or it doesn’t work. I didn’t realize those boxes were for the pin (thought they were to add users) – duh! Feel like an idiot, but I’m good now – thanks!
