After going through many sections of a library you would end up having to press the back button or swipe back many times to get back to the home screen. Example: Search for Iron Maiden, go to Dio in similar artists, then Rainbow in similar, then the album Rising, press on Rainbow to go back to artist, then go to Long Live Rock 'n Roll. To get back to the home screen I would have to press back 6 times then press cancel on the search screen. A long press on the back button to go home would get back home instantly.
the Roku app used to have this feature. They took it away for some reason. It was great.
I agree completely. I’ve missed this since it disappeared from the Roku app.
Yes, absolutely. The old version had this feature, it was GREAT and absolutely a core functionality. Why they never brought it back I’ll never know.
That function on WebOS is exit Plex, so it may well be uniformity across clients
Maybe it’s just that, but that funcion does nothing on Roku, so might as well implement it, it doesn’t take long.
