# Lost and NOT Found

Player Version#: 4.144.1
My needs are relatively simple. I only use PLEX for replay of my music library. Everything resides on my HD. Files are all FLAC format, and PLEX appears to be the default app for opening them. But when attempting to do so on PLEX, all I get is _Playback Error: Please check that the file exists and the necessary drive is mounted._ A typical file looks like this: C:\Users\peeja\OneDrive\Music\Music Files FLAC\Bill Evans Trio\Sunday at the Village Vanguard. Any thoughts appreciated.

Since you are using files that reside in one drive you have issues. I know OneDrive will “offload” files at times or make them “cloud only” when Plex goes to access them one drive doesnt play nice. Its never been a great idea to run your media library out of cloud storage.
