# Lost Password Loop

I signed up for Plex using my email, but clearly made a typo on the password. When I try and login I am told that either my password or email is wrong. When I use the Lost password link, I dont receive any email. However if I try and sign up again using my email address I am told that my email is already in use.

How do I get to reset my password please. Thanks
