# Lost shared library

Hello guys. Well i’m having issues with my plex account and i’m here to ask you help.

The problem began when I upgrade my account to monthly subscription. One guy was sharing his library but as I wasn’t able to play it on my iphone I decided to upgrade to premium and suddenly, he appears as friend but 0 shared content… any idea? any help?
