Server Version#: latest Player Version#: latest I have turned my internet steaming to maximum but it still outputting to the lowest quality on all my devices 480x270@0.7mbps. Transcode reason: not enough bandwidth for direct play of this item. Required bandwidth is 5077kbps and only 720kbps is available. This makes me wonder, I can connect to steam link at 1080p but Plex I cannot get a decent video output. Is this a limitation of the app? ---

You can monitor playback via [Plex Dashboard](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200871837-status-and-dashboard/#toc-1) → Now Playing. If the connection is Indirect (versus Local or Remote), then it is using Plex Relay. See the documents linked above for details on configuring and troubleshooting remote access. ---

So I paid for Plex Pass and quality increase but it’s still not the max quality. Does this mean I’m using relay? So I really need to learn how to use port forwarding? ---
