# Lyrics could not be loaded

Looks like you are using a custom agent, make sure you have “Local Media Assets (Albums)” enabled for this agent in Settings → Agents.

Further than that I’m not entirely sure, you could try and do a [Plex Dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064) with the album and see if that helps at all.
