# Mac Player Cannot Establish Connection to Server(s)

You posted in [other thread](https://forums.plex.tv/t/plex-player-stopped-working-on-macpro-2013/790729/2) that you see the same thing as them but as far as I can tell they are seeing a completely empty/black screen.

You seem to be reporting that it is not connecting to servers.

Think it may have a cache of bad connection info. Can you try quitting app, then moving  
`~‎/Library/Caches/Plex` someplace else like desktop for back up then launch the app again.
