Which exact version of PMS do you have installed (version 4.149.0 refers to the web app, not the server itself) → see `Settings` \> `[Server Name]` \> `General`.

Plex announced earlier today that they’ll lock access to shared libraries from unpatched servers that still run a version with a security issue.
