```auto
Extra Ordinary (2019) [Any and ALL Crap Goes Here]\
.......Extra Ordinary (2019) [Any and ALL Crap Goes Here].mp4
```

There you go - fixed that for ya.
[Plex will ignore anything in brackets]

Now, regarding your MP4/M4V problem (file name, go figure) - that you may not have even known you have - Plex will stubbornly read and react badly to Title Fields containing those Horrific Scene Names inside MP4/M4V files. You can go through all 17 million movies/episodes and remove those Bogus, Hideous, Embedded Titles - or:

You can lower the priority for Local Media Assets to the bottom of the _ **Active Agents** _ under all tabs in TV Shows and Movies (Drag/Drop):

Red: Where it was
Green: Where it should be

Then, if Refresh Metadata doesn’t do anything - The [Plex Dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064) will (should - providing you named the dam thing correctly):

> [@The Plex Dance ™](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064):

> The purpose of this is to remove all cached metadata and xml data for an item that Plex usually keeps. This helps when you want to “start from scratch” for particular item move all files for the media item out of the directory your Library is looking at, so Plex will not “see” it anymore scan the library library (to detect changes) empty trash clean bundles (in menu next to server name, when accessed under ‘More’) double check naming schema and move files back scan the library Support articl…

Note: If you don’t do every step of the dance, in the order it’s presented - you may as well not do it at all, 'cause it won’t work. Avoiding that circumstance:

The speed at which this problem corrects itself - providing you follow the instructions to the letter - should illustrate in no uncertain terms what must be done to maintain happiness in the Plexiverse…

You have the power within you, Luke…
