# Manually change Transcoding Settings / Profiles

Hello,

Accordingto Logs my current Encoding Settings for playing stuff via Web Player are:

I’ve tried the [Advanced settings](https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201105343-Advanced-Hidden-Server-Settings "Advanced settings") changed the “TranscoderH264Preset” to medium worked even the “TranscoderH264OptionsOverride” worked after a reboot.  
The thing is… it’s (as described) not an override but an Append.

The thing is, this is the only 1080p option available:

I’d rather use a higher crf around 20 and some other settings like a special -tune option from ffmpeg.

Is it anyhow possible to modify these settings?
