I have been successfully using the MCM Scanner/Agent for ages. I am newly trying to associate external SRT subtitles to my media, but this agent refuses to do it automatically. They are named correctly, and using the default Plex Scanners does associate them properly. The only method I’ve found is to manually upload the SRT files to each individual title, which is not a sustainable solution. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
