Hello all I am new and trying to setup my server. I have an external drive attached to my iMac that has all my movies. When I try to add these movies it will not add them. How can I fix this?

Make sure the files are named properly and only add the library folder (not individual movie folders). You might also want to take a look at the support article why certain files might not be found (e.g. unsupported formats…).
