# Media loading doesn't work

Server Version#: 1.43.0  
Player Version#: 2025.32.0

After installing the update, an error message appeared next to the downloads menu.

It might be worth to look inside the downloads for details. The error label is a new feature introduced with the latest beta… that doesn’t necessarily mean those errors just happened. Could be two previously stuck/unfinished downloads which you could retry.

Thank you for your reply. In this case, the downloads menu opens with an error

After deleting the data and reinstalling the app, the app works. The download function works.
