Media Server can not see directory of tv shows. Rest of server is still working

Might it be possible to get a DEBUG logs ZIP file which is captured immediately after recreating this error ?

Also please provide:

1. CPU & memory
2. OS / Distro / Version
3. Native / VM / Container
