Server Version#:4.66.1 Hi folks! Need a little help… I have a movie file that simply won’t be picked up into the library and listed on the server. I’ve tested and every movie after that one shows up…just not this one. I’ve re-done it multiple times and nothing. Has anyone had something like this happen? Thanks! ---

basic troubleshooting: - check if the movie has been mismatched as a different movie → sort your library by `Date Added` and check if there’s some odd movies you haven’t added; use ✏ \> `Info` or `...` \> `Get Info` to see if the missing file is associated with this item - check if the movie has been accidentally merged with another movie in your library → filter your library for `Duplicates` and check those items with multiple “versions” (same as above) - if you recently added lots of files or if there’s lots of duplicates you created on purpose… you can also use some 3rd party apps like [ExportTools-NG](https://forums.plex.tv/t/webtools-ng/598539) to check if you can find the missing file - double-check the naming of that file… Plex will ignore files named like an episode and won’t add them to a movie library # Last resort could be checking your [server logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) for some scan/match errors. To ensure you get the full details in your logs it can make sense to clear that file and re-add it ([Plex Dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064)). ---

Thanks Tom…I did some digging and nothing per your first few bullet points. I did grab the logs but I have no idea how to read them…can you help? I’ve attached here. Thanks!
