After a complete Windows reset, I downloaded the latest version for Windows. The app launches, complete with acct info, etc. When I click on “My Media” to start the file loading, a full screen message “Add your media to Plex” and a button for “Download Media Server”. click the button and it starts all over again. This should be pretty basic, and I have been using this system successfully for years, but this time I’m stumped. Any help would be appreciated ---

Are you working from the same Windows PC that you installed Plex Media Server on? If so, go to; [https://127.0.0.1:32400/web](https://127.0.0.1:32400/web) If not, go to the IP address of the PC where PMS _is_ installed. For _example_, [https://192.168.1.12:32400/web](https://192.168.1.12:32400/web) ---
