# Metadata location option

Player Version#:  
  
Hello. I am trying to change my pms metadata location. Under general settings of my server there is no more the option to change the path of the metadata. Is there something I miss? Is it moved or removed the option?

It was removed because of security issues. Since you are on Windows, there is a way to do it described in this thread:
