I have used Plex just fine and matched metadata for quite a few movies in the past couple years. All of a sudden in the past couple weeks everything I have added just sits there and loads forever and just gives the movie a screenshot poster. One example is the movie Goon (2011), when I add the movie to my server it loads it up and shows the correct name while loading and then all of a sudden it changes the name to “Buddha Mountain (2011)” and never fully loads the data even for that incorrect movie. This is also happening to a couple of other movies I am trying to add. I try to refresh, analyze, get info etc etc. I have also tried closing and opening the PMS app and it is still happening. I haven’t messed with the agents recently so it shouldn’t be that. Does something need to be reset or cleared out? Thanks for the help. ---

I’ve seen quite a few posts recently about metadata not loading, artwork not downloading, etc. Not quite sure what’s going on. ---
