# Missing casts with Plex TV Series agent

I’m using the “Plex TV Series” agent but there is one TV shows for which the cast is limited to 2 actors in Plex, while there is a full cast information on TMDB, TVDB, IMDB, etc.  
I’ve tried to refresh metadata, doing the [Plex dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064), with no improvements. Is it possible to somehow force the Plex agent to pick additional cast info ?
