# Missing channel even after scan

Hello,  
It’s been a few months that I cannot see channel 54. I tried to reach him, but in the list, I can only see 752, 53, 55, 56 and so on.  
There was a channel number reshuffle a few months ago and after that, I could not get this channel anymore. I tried to connect a TV to the same and then cable and the channel is working correctly. The channel name is “Rai stories”. I am in Italy, using Dvbt2

Server Version#: latest us November 27, 2024  
Player Version#: latest us November 27, 2024  
Tuner Make/Model: hauppauge winter dual had  
Guide/Lineup name:  
Using XMLTV?: Local Broadcast Listings (131 channels) but I tried or available  
Channel number/Name: rai storia/54

I suppose this will never be fixed. It’s a shame that even with lifetime pass there is no way to directly contact Plex for support.
