# Missing posters but can use Plex Dash to correct

Server Version#: 1.19.4.2935
Player Version#: 4.30.2
Just installed a new SSD and Windows 10. Fresh installation of Plex but maintained all video files on separate hard drives. Metadata download is not complete. Titles and date of move appear but poster does not on a lot of movies. I’ve deleted cache and refreshed metadata several times.
What is very interesting to me is the fact that the posters do not show up but I can use the Plex Dash app to edit the artwork and poster options appear. I don’t understand!
