# Missing show/movie posters from program guide

Hi, I recently switched to an IPTV provider and started using xTeVe. At first try I was getting all the relevant posters for TV shows and movies. As I learned how to properly setup and use xTeVe I ended up starting from scratch a couple of times. Since then I no longer see any posters appear on the program guide. What could be the problem or how can I force Plex to download updated posters?
I don’t have any issues with either posters, metadata or artwork for my libraries. I just can’t seem to get any posters for Live TV and it’s driving me nuts.

When I watch the logs and refresh my guide I see a ton of these error messages:
eg: EPG[xmltv]: Failed to retrieve universal details for ‘Top Gun’ movie
…and many many more
So what’s causing this and how can I fix it?

Does anyone know how to contact the support team regarding this issue? I’m a Plex Pass subscriber so I’m hoping there is a way to contact them.

You’re not alone, this started happening maybe a month or more ago. Before that it was impeccable. The only thing that’s changed on my end have been PMS updates.
The simplest troubleshooting I have done is disable Enhanced Guide and re-enabled; also deleted the DVR and re-created, none of this has fixed it.
\*Update: installed an older version from January? PMS for Windows 1.21.1.3876, and still nothing. Wondering if this is Gracenote related? I also refreshed guide without Enhanced version, waited til it completed and re-enabled Enhanced Guide to no avail.
Also repaired my database just in case per official Plex documentation.
\*Update 2: Installed PMS v1.21.1.3795 from December of 2020, still nothing.

Been through a few Beta versions of PMS now and still present. Attaching logs in the hopes that someone checks this out.
Included is a debug log and another is a verbose log. Refresh of the Enhanced Guide starts at 10:30:16. WAN IP and e-mail removed.

Bumping since it’s been a while. Wondering if @sa2000 could be of assistance or someone else from the team could assist?
Basically Enhanced Guide doesn’t work with custom EPG/XMLTV possibly when Gracenote was introduced. Essentially no posters, no season and episode numbers - they show as current date like “6-03”, thus Plex will think it’s S06E03 of a show. It was perfect before.
