Server Version#: Version 4.51.1  
Player Version#:

I have tried updating and restarting everything.  
Qnap NAS and PC is server  
Tried alot of things already except the [plex dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064), was hoping not to do this yet as it is a huge amount of data to move even temporarily.  
will not scan for new metadata and will not match auto or manual
