Watching a movie on Plex and it’s playing fine but the audio is cutting out at certain spots and we have to pause and play to get the sound going again The audio is is saying direct play on the dashboard AAC stereo
The movie says the audio codec is AAC Stereo
which plex player do you mean? In the web app in browser?
Perhaps provide some more information about your setup.
What player? What streamer? Are you on wifi or ethernet connected?
Do you have the problem on another device as well?

I was using the Plex app that you download from the Samsung Qled 80T TV so it would be the Samsung android version of the app
My plex media server is a WIndows version 4.159.0
TV uses Wifi but Plex Media server is on ethernet. TV has good wifi connection its in the same room as the wifi AP. Other 4k media plays without lag or sound glitches like this. So I think its an codec issue or something
No issues with other devices
I don’t believe that is an Android based set. can you please look in settings for the version number

The Plex Server is always connected via ethernet cable. The TV is always using Wifi. But every other movie we play doesnt do this. Only this movie has done this. So I beleive its a file or codec issue
